One year support
The ultimate support package. After two initial support weeks together you’ll have personal, 1 on 1 sleep support available for a full year after our initial consult.
This package is great for parents who are struggling with excessive night wakes, nap refusal, catnapping, early morning wakes or for those who are looking to move away from things that are no longer sustainable such as co-sleeping or feeding/rocking to sleep.
I will guide you personally during two weeks where we work towards your sleep goals together and I provide you with all the support and expert knowledge you need during this time.
Once the two weeks are over, we’ll have a final call to support you on your way moving forward.
After the initial first two weeks, you’ll get 12 months of ongoing support to help you move through any sleep regression, nap transition, life change, illness, travel or anything else that might come up.
What’s included:
Analysis of your intake questionnaire
1 hour videocall/in home visit*
Comprehensive custom sleep plan (pdf)
Handouts on relevant topics (pdf)
2 weeks of daily notes on your sleep log (Monday through Friday)
2 weeks of unlimited contact through e-mail (Monday through Friday)
A total of 4 x 15 minute check in calls in the first two weeks
